Plot twist, it's actually great!

You'd be actually surprised by this hotel! Fantastic location, just a 5-minute stroll to the beach. A free shuttle service. The rooms werenice and neat, and the friendly staff went out of their way to ensure a nice stay. Complimentary beach gear was a nice touch. Definitely recommended!

i stayed two night but separate days the first day was cheaper the second within 6 days apart.

Updated room, exquisite with newly renovated bathrooms.

We had a blast with easy access to the refreshing pool and the awesome jacuzzi. The beachfront area was perfect. Just a heads-up, the check-in process took a bit longer than expected, but it didn't ruin our great experience overall ☀️

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and wonderfully decorated. Several amenities, including high speed internet in the room, were added benefits.

The interior design of the rooms and the hotel in general and the friendlyness of the hotel staff.

The breakfast it self was poor compared to the price charged.

I loved the beach club with loungers and umbrellas. The pool area was chill and not too crowded. Plus, the walk-out balcony to the pool from our room was awesome. Definitely was like we were in paradise!...

Fine, What we expecterd. no mor, no less. We have stayed in a number of Double Trees and this one was jsut tine...

We liked everything. But it is a shame that the remodeling still left leaks in the bathroom pluming. Obviously poor quality plumbing which is to bad considering how nicely everything else turned out...

Bicycle rentals are a fun way to explore the area. Staff needs to be more informative about amenities. Rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable.

A Wonderful Family Vacation Experience!

We had a fantastic 3-night stay! The staff always greeted us warmly, we felt welcome. The proximity to Old San Juan was perfect for our family excursions. Be sure to enjoy the 24-hour pool area and take advantage of the onsite restaurant for delicious local cuisine!

At the reception there were very tasty cookies and very nice staff. A booking error on my part was immediately "ironed out" to our satisfaction and we were offered a free anti-mosquito shower at the exit in the evening,...  

Excellent. Loved it and will return!!! The staff was very friendly and profesional.

I would've liked a King Bed. More blackout in the curtains.

The jacuzzi was a relaxing treat, but the service was disappointing .

What I liked most were 1. The staff were extremely warm and inviting and 2. All amenities worked well, I got hot water, room service was speedy, food was a bit expensive but tasted great.

My only disappointment was on the day of check out, housekeeping came to the room to remind me at 10:30am. I found it to be a bit rude, but I know they were trying to accommodate early check-ins.
